1 pound lean ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1-3 ribs of celery, diced 1 28oz can of tomatoes 1 can tomato soup 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 can kidney beans, optional
1. Brown beef. Add onions, celery and cook 5-10 minutes more.
2. Add tomatoes, soup and seasonings and cook 1 -1 1/2 hours. Water may be added if it gets too thick.
3. Add kidney beans 5-10 minutes before serving, just enough to heat through.
