4 teaspoons soy sauce 2 teaspoon cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1 tablespoon water 4 teaspoons lime juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 teaspoon olive oil 1/2 cup orange marmalade 4 thick pork chops
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in pot and stir until well mixed.
2. Add remaining ingredients except pork chops and stir to blend.
3. Bring to boil and cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes.
4. Lay pork chops in greased baking dish. Pour glaze over top.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40-45 minutes, until meat is moist but not pink.
