1/4 cup pecan pieces 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1 tablespoon whiskey 1 round Brie cheese
1. Combine first 3 ingredients; stir and chill, covered, for several days to let flavors blend.
2. Place Brie in baking dish and bake at 450 degrees F for about 5 minutes, or until Brie softens.
3. Spoon sugar and whiskey mixture over Brie; bake an additional 3 minutes.
4. Serve warm with apple slices dipped in lemon juice, grapes, and/or assorted crackers.
