1/2 cup sesame or soy oil 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup diced onion 1/4 cup diced celery 3 Tbs plus 1 tsp rice wine vinegar 2 Tbs diced fresh ginger 2 tsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel 1/2 tsp catsup 1/4 tsp black pepper
1. Place all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until vegetables are pureed.
2. Store in covered jar.
3. Shake thoroughly before using.
