1 whole chicken, boiled, deboned, and cut into small pieces 1 cup chicken broth 1 can cream of onion soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 cup self-rising flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 cup milk 1 stick margarine, melted
1. Mix chicken pieces with broth and soups. Spread in bottom of 9x13 pan.
2. Mix flour and baking powder; add milk and mix until no longer lumpy.
3. Add margarine to flour mixture, stirring well. Pour over chicken.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes, until crust is browned.
NOTE: If you're in a hurry, start this recipe with a cooked chicken from the deli.
