1 loaf Italian bread 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 teaspoon parsley flakes 1/4 teaspoon crumbled oregano 1/4 teaspoon dried dillweed 1 clove garlic, minced grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cut bread diagonally into 1-inch slices; do not cut all the way through.
2. Blend butter, parsley, oregano, dillweed, and garlic.
3. Spread mixture on both sides of bread slices.
4. Shape aluminum foil around loaf of bread. Twist ends; leave top open.
5. Sprinkle top liberally with cheese and parsley flakes.
6. Heat in 400-degree oven for 10 minutes.
