2/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese 1 tablespoon finely grated onion 1 tablespoon finely grated carrot 1 teaspoon finely chopped green pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt dash of garlic salt 1 cup plain yogurt
1. In small bowl mash cottage cheese with fork.
2. Add onion, carrot, pepper, salt, and garlic salt; beat until fairly smooth. Stir in yogurt. Cover; chill several hours.
3. Serve as dip with chips or raw vegetables.
