4 1/2 cup sugar 1 can evaporated milk 3 package chocolate chips (12 ounce each) 7 ounce marshmallow cream 1/2 pound margarine 2 cup nuts 1 teaspoon vanilla
1. Mix 4 1/2 cups sugar with one (1) can evaporated milk. Boil 7 to 8 minutes, stirring often.
2. Mix together in a large bowl; 3 packages chocolate chips, 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream, 1/2 pound melted margarine. Cream margarine and marshmallow together and add chocolate chips.
3. Pour hot mixture over chocolate mixture.
4. After chocolate has melted, add 2 cups of nuts and 1 teaspoon of vanilla, blend well, pour into buttered pans and chill in refrigerator.
5. Cut into squares before firm. This recipe makes about 5 pounds of fudge.
