4 cups diced chicken 15 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained 1 cup chopped celery 11 ounce can mandarin oranges 1/2 cup pitted olives, sliced 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 2 tablespoon grated onion 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 tablespoon prepared mustard (dry) 1 5-ounce can chow mein noodles
1. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, pineapple, celery, oranges, pepper, and onion.
2. Blend mayonnaise and mustard and toss gently with chicken mixture.
3. Cover and chill for several hours. Just before serving, add noodles.
4. Serve on lettuce leaves.
