Description: Great for Christmas morning breakfast.

Ingredients:
2 pkgs. (12 ounce each) country ham slices
1 cup hot coffee or water
canned biscuits
Preparation:
1. Trim excess fat from ham slices; reserve.

2. Soak ham in warm water 15 minutes; drain. Heat reserved ham fat in 10-inch skillet over medium heat; remove to warm platter.

3. Pour drippings from skillet.

4. Pour hot coffee into skillet. Stir and scrape ham particles from skillet; pour over baked biscuits.

5. Serve with ham.
