3 small cabbages pepper 1 cup flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs 2 cups oil
1. Halve cabbages; cut out cores. Cook 20 minutes in salted water; squeeze dry.
2. Flatten out; season with pepper. Dip in flour, eggs, then bread crumbs.
3. Fry in oil until brown.
