3 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1/2 cup honey, warm 2 large eggs, beaten 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped stiff but not dry
1. In a saucepan, stir together the lime juice, honey, and eggs.
2. Cook, stirring constantly, over a low heat until thickened.
3. Remove from the heat, cool slightly, and fold in the whipped cream.
4. Chill before serving over fresh fruit.
