1 cup all-purpose flour 1 stick margarine 1 cup pecan nuts, chopped 8 ounce cream cheese 12 ounce (1 cup) cool whip 1 cup powdered sugar 1 small instant pudding (vanilla) 3 cups milk
1. Mix flour, margarine and pecans and press into 9x13-inch pan.
2. Bake 20 minutes in 350-degree oven. Watch carefully.
3. Let cool.
4. Mix together cream cheese, cool whip, and powerder sugar.
5. Spread on first layer when cooled.
6. Mix together pudding and milk, beating well.
7. Spread on second layer.
8. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top layer.
9. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
