1 Graham Cracker pie crust (6oz) 1 package (12oz) cream cheese softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1 cup 100\% pure pumpkin 2 eggs
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and pumpkin pie spice on medium speed. Stir in pumpkin.
2. Add eggs and mix until blended. Pour into crust.
3. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Hint 1: Soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 15-20 seconds.
Hint 2: Make a low-fat version of this pie using fat-free cream cheese and Splenda, if desired.
