2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 Tbs. reduced-fat peanut butter 2 Tbs. marshmallow cream
1. Cut a slit in the side of each chicken breast to form a deep pocket.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. In a nonstick grill pan coated with cooking spray, cook chicken 20 min., or until cooked though, turning once.
4. Remove chicken from pan and spoon 1 Tbs. each peanut butter and marshmallow cream into each pocket.
