Fireside Coffee Recipes

1 tablespoon + 1 3/4 teaspoons powdered non-dairy creamer
1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon instant hot chocolate mix
1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1. Sift together creamer, hot chocolate mix, instant coffee, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into a jar and seal with a lid.

2. To prepare: Stir 3 teaspoons of mixture into 1 cup of hot water. Adjust to taste.
