1 lb. shrimp 1 package fresh fettuccini egg noodles 1/2 cup butter 1 cup heavy cream salt freshly ground pepper 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese grated
1. Cook fettuccini noodles in a pan of a boiling water. Cook to ala dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse well.
2. In a large saute pan, add 1/2 of the butter and melt it.
3. Add the shrimp, cook for 2 minutes. Add the cream and the remaining butter. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Add pasta and toss.
4. Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
