2 1/4 cups flour 1 teaspoons baking soda 1 cup butter (softened) 1/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 package (4 serving size) INSTANT vanilla pudding 2 eggs 12 oz. chocolate chips 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1. Cream together butter, sugars, vanilla, and pudding until fluffy.
2. Add eggs. Add remaining dry ingredients, and stir in chips and nuts.
3. Rool into 1 inch balls and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheets.
When doubling the recipe, still use only 1 box of pudding mix.
