1 3-oz. pkg. lemon gelatin 1/4 cup red cinnamon candies 1 1/2 cup boiling water 1 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice Pinch of salt 1/4 cup broken pecans 1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 Tbs. milk 1 Tbs. mayonnaise Lettuce
1. Dissolve gelatin and candies in boiling water. Stir in applesauce, lemon juice, and salt; chill until thickened. Add pecans; place in 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2. Blend cream cheese, milk and mayonnaise; spoon on top of gelatin mixture.
3. Swirl through salad with knife to marbleize; chill until firm.
4. Serve on bed of lettuce.
