1 egg 1/4 cup bean sprouts 2 oz shredded white meat chicken, turkey, or lean roast beef onion flakes (optional) dash salt and pepper (optional)
1. Beat egg and combine with meat and bean sprouts.
2. Heat skillet until it is very hot.
3. Pour in egg mixture as you would a pancake.
4. Brown on one side and flip.
