1/2 teaspoon butter or margarine 1 slice bread, crust removed 1 egg 1 tablespoon grated cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
2. Butter one custard cup.
3. Butter bread on both sides and place inside cup.
4. Break egg into cup and sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until yolk, has jelled.
The ingredients listed are enough to make only 1 egg cup, however doubling or tripling is easy.
