Casserole: 1 2-lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes 1 medium onion, chopped fine 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 16-oz. carton sour cream 1/2 stick margarine, melted Topping: 2 cups crushed cornflakes 1 stick margarine, melted
1. Mix all casserole ingredients together,
stirring lightly.
2. Pour into lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
3. Mix topping ingredients and spread across top
of casserole.
4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
to 1 hour.
