1 cup self-rising flour 3 to 4 tablespoons mayonnaise* 1/2 cup milk* Lowfat mayonnaise and 2\% milk can be used if you need this alternative.
1)Mash large lumps from flour with spoon.
2)Add milk and stir just until moistened.
3)Add mayonnaise and stir until blended.
4)Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full (more if you like a large popover)
5) Bake in preheated 425 degree oven on middle shelf until tops are brown, around ten minutes.
