1 1/2 Cups cottage cheese 1 tbs. Fresh lemon juice 2 tsp. Granulated sugar 3 Tbs. Thinly sliced green onion Salt and pepper, to taste
1. In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, fresh lemon juice, and sugar, and process on low until smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl, and stir in the green onion and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
4. serve with chips or crudites.
