Ingredients: 2 egg whites 1 cup drained fruit 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice dash of salt Preparation: 1. Beat egg whites in small bowl until stiff. 2. Place remaining ingredients in blender container; cover and process at puree until smooth. 3. Pour over egg whites; fold together gently. 4. Pile into sherbet glasses; chill before serving.
