4 to 6 strips bacon 1 small onion, chopped fine 2 cans Campbell's New England Clam Chowder 2 cans cream style corn 2 1/2 cups milk
1. Fry bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove
bacon from pan and drain on paper towels.
2. Add chopped onion to bacon drippings in pan and
saute over medium to low heat until tender.
3. Dip excess grease from pan. Then add clam
chowder, corn, and milk.
4. Simmer until hot. Do not let boil.
5. Serve with crumbled bacon on top. Salt and
pepper to taste.
