1 large onion, sliced 1 lb. carrots, sliced diagonally 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 3 Tbs. margarine
1. Separate onion into rings.
2. Arrange alternate layers of onion rings and carrot slices in buttered casserole, sprinkling thyme, pepper, and salt between layers.
3. Dot with margarine; cover.
4. Bake at 350-degrees for 50 minutes or until done.
