1 package coconut macaroon mix 4 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3 jars carrot baby food 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon vanilla frosting chopped nuts
1. Mix macaroon mix with 3/4 cup water; set aside.
2. Beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Spread 1/2 of the carrot mixture in 15 1/2x10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan; spoon macaroon mixture over mixture in pan. Spread remaining carrot mixture over top.
4. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 45 minutes; cool.
5. Spread with Frosting; sprinkle with nuts.
