1 pound beef round steak, cut in 1-inch squares seasonings to taste 1 can mushroom soup 3 tablespoons vinegar, or to taste 1/4 soup can milk 2 tablespoons tomato juice
1. Sprinkle steak with seasonings. Saute' seasoned round
steak in skillet until well done.
2. Add soup, vinegar, milk, and tomato juice. Simmer for 15
to 20 minutes.
3. Serve over hot, lightly buttered noodles.
