1 3-lb. boneless beef roast salt and pepper to taste 1 12-oz. can 7-Up 1 20-oz. bottle catsup
1. Season roast with salt and pepper; place in roasting pan.
2. Pour 7-Up and catsup over roast.
3. Bake at 250-degrees for about 7 hours.
4. Shred beef; return to juices.
5. Simmer for 1 hour.
6. May serve on hamburger buns.
You may freeze this dish and reheat on nights when you need a quick and meal.
