2 (10 3/4-ozs.) cans cream of broccoli soup 1 cup milk 1/4 tsp. crushed dried thyme 14 tsp. ground black pepper 1 cup diced cooked mixed vegetables of choice (such as carrots, potatoes, onion, celery) 2 cups cubed cooked chicken Salt to taste 1 (16-oz.) pkg. refrigerated flaky biscuits
1. Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 400-degrees.
2. In a casserole dish, stir together the soup, milk, thyme, and pepper. Stir in the vegetables, chicken, and salt.
3. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
4. Meanwhile, cut the biscuits into quarters. Arrange the biscuits on top of the cooked chicken mixture.
5. Bake the pot pie for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
