1 cup sifted all-purpose flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup milk 2 Tbs. salad oil
1. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together into mixing
bowl.
2. Combine milk and salad oil; add to dry ngredients,
stirring just until moistened.
3. Drop by tablespoons into bubbling salted water or
chicken stew.
4. Cover tightly; let mixture return to boiling.
5. Reduce heat (don't lift cover); simmer 12 to 15 minutes.
