4 ounces dried beef, snipped 1 cup water 1 small onion, chopped 2 cups uncooked noodles 1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk 1 cup water 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 4 ounces (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
1. Cover and microwave dried beef and 1 cup water in 2-qt casserole on high to boiling, 2 to 3 minutes; drain.
2. Stir in onion, noodles, soup, milk, water and parsley flakes.
3. Cover and microwave 10 minutes; stir.
4. Cover and microwave until noodles are tender, 5 to 6 minutes.
5. Stir in cheese.
6. Cover and microwave until melted, 2 to 3 minutes.
7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
