1 box pie crust mix 2 cups brown sugar 1 cup chopped nuts 1 cup dry coconut 2 eggs, beaten 3 tablespoon flour 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla icing: 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar juice of 1 lemon 3 tablespoon melted butter
1. Mix pie crust; roll out thin and spread on bottom of cookie sheet, not on sides.
2. Mix all other ingredients and spread over pie crust.
3. Cook about 25 to 30 minutes at 350-degrees.
4. Remove from oven and let cool a bit.
5. Spread with icing while still warm and cut into squares.
6. Use 12x15-inch pan.
