1 6 1/2 ounce can minced clams, undrained 1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed 3/4 cup 1\% low-fat cottage cheese 2 tablespoon light process cream cheese product 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion 2 teaspoon lemon juice 6 drops of hot sauce
1. Drain clams, reserving 3 tablespoons liquid; set aside.
2. Place reserved clam liquid, dillweed, and remaining ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth.
3. Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in clams.
4. Serve with raw vegetables.
