18 slices bacon 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 cups milk 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese 1 tsp dry mustard 6 slices bread 12 thin slices chicken breast 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cook bacon; drain, reserving 1/4 cup drippings.
2. Combine flour and reserved drippings over low heat, blending unitl smooth.
3. Gradually add milk; cook until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
4. Add cheddar cheese and dry mustard, stirring until cheese melts.
5. Place 3 slices bacon on each slice of bread, and top with 2 slices of chicken.
6. Place in a 13x9x2" baking pan; cover with cheese sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
