12 eggs, hard-cooked, cooled and peeled 24 green olives stuffed with pimientos mayonnaise mustard
1. Half eggs lenghtwise, take out yolks.
2. Mix yolks, some mayonnaise and mustard until you have a smooth paste. Spoon this mixture back into the eggs.
3. Add one olive to the center of the mixture in the egg.
The amount of mustard and mayonnaise used depend on taste. I use more mayo then mustard though. You may also want to sprinkle with paprika.
