16 hard-boiled eggs, shelled 1 cup mayonnaise 4 tsps. cider vinegar 4 tsps. onion powder 1 teaspoon dry mustard, or to taste salt and pepper, to taste paprika, or edible blossoms, for garnish
1. Using a sharp wet knife, cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolks and place in a bowl.
2. To the bowl, add the mayonnaise, vinegar, onion powder, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Using a spoon or pastry bag fitted with a star tip, press the mixture into the indentation in the egg whites.
3. Sprinkle with paprika, or garnish with blossoms, and serve immediately.
