1 roll sugar cookie dough from supermarket 2 3-oz. packages cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup confectioners sugar 1 cup Cool Whip 1 banana, sliced 1 cup strawberries, sliced 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced Glaze: 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup water 2 teaspoons cornstarch
1. Spread cookie dough in greased pizza pan. Bake
until lightly browned in 400 degree oven.
Cool.
2. Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Add
Cool Whip and mix well. Spread over cookie
dough.
3. Arrange fruit on top of cream cheese.
4. Combine glaze ingredients and boil until
thickened. Cool and brush over fruit.
5. Cut into bite size pieces to serve. Store
in refrigerator.
