4 egg whites 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 16 crackers, crushed (I use Saltines) 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring 1 cup chopped nuts 1 cup chopped dates
1. Beat egg whites until stiff.
2. Add all other ingredients.
3. Pour into greased pie pan OR into deep dish pie shell.
4. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
