4 thinly sliced pared cucumbers 1 1/2 cups dairy sour cream 1 small clove garlic, crushed 2 tablespoon salad oil 2 tsps. sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1. Place cucumber slices in large bowl.
2. Mix remaining ingredients except dill weed.
3. Pour over cucumbers and toss lightly.
4. Sprinkle with dill weed.
5. Chill thoroughly.
