1 loaf thinly sliced dense white bread
1 8 ounce tub whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup snipped fresh dill
1 large cucumber, rinsed and sliced paper thin
16 radishes, trimmed and sliced paper thin
salt and pepper, to taste
fresh dill, for garnish
1. Cut the bread slices in half diagonally.
2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and snipped dill.
3. Spread each bread slice with the dill cream cheese. Top half of the slices with the cucumber, and half with the radish. Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with the fresh dill, and serve.
