4 cans mushroom soup 4 cans water 4 cups rice 1 stick margarine, in pats 4 pounds of chicken, cleaned and dried, salt and peppered 4 envelopes onion soup (dried)
1. In bottom of large baking dish or dishes, mix together 2 can mushroom soup, water, and rice.
2. Over this mixture, layer margarine, chicken, 2 cans mushroom soup, and dried onion soup.
3. Pour 4 additional cans of water over, cover, and bake at 350-degrees for 2 hours.
