1 large onion, chopped 2 tablespoon margarine 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper 2 lbs. fresh okra, sliced salt and pepper, to taste
1. In large skillet, saute' onions in margarine until transparent and tender.
2. Add tomatoes, green pepper, and okra.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cover and simmer over low to medium heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
