2 egg whites 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1. Heat oven to 300-degrees.
2. Beat egg whites in small mixer bowl until foamy.
3. Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time; continue beating until very stiff and glossy.
4. Stir in vanilla and pecans.
5. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet.
6. Bake until dry, about 20 minutes (do not let candies brown). Immediately remove from baking sheet.
