1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened (low-fat) 8 oz. sour cream (low-fat) 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated (2\%) 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped 1 red pepper seeded and finely chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 t. ground cumin
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Serve with crackers
