4 eggs 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1 can (7.5 oz.) crab meat 1 cup grated swiss cheese 2 tablespoon chopped chives 1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
1. Combine eggs and cream, beat well. Stir in dry mustard, chives and salt. Add crab and cheese. Blend well and pour into pie shell.
2. Bake at 375°F. for 30 - 40 minutes or until set.
