Ingredients:
2 cups flaked crabmeat
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk (I use 2\%)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
1. Spread crabmeat in bottom of lightly greased baking dish.

2. Sprinkle onion over crabmeat, followed by cheese.

3. Mix together eggs, milk, and salt. Pour over crabmeat mixture.

4. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.

5. Remove from oven and let stand for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
