1/2 cup cottage
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup flake crab meat (canned crab meat is fine)
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 cup chopped celery
Salt and pepper, to taste
Crackers or cocktail bread, for serving
2 hard-boiled eggs, shelled, halved widthwise, and thinly sliced lengthwise for garnish
1. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, crab meat, curry powder, celery, and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. When ready, spread evenly on crackers or cocktail bread and garnish with the egg slices.
4. Arrange on a tray and serve.
