1/2 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup flour 1 can cream-style corn 3 eggs, separated Milk 1/2 tsp. salt Soda crackers
1. Mix butter and flour together in souffle dish or casserole.
2. Add corn; mix well.
3. Stir beaten egg yolks into corn mixture; pour milk over corn mixture just to cover. Add salt; mix thoroughly.
4. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites; crumble crackers over top.
5. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
